Just two rounds of interview they take , which will decide your selection. when they found I am a perfect fit for the company , they hold me for a week and then when I called back , they said yes you can join now.

There were two interview processes. There were basic questions like tell me about yourself, what motivates you, what do you know about Consultancy Services. They will just check your communication skills. Next they will explain you the work. And then you are hired!! Next they will explain to you the salary structure and ask you to join immediately.
