Interview
The interview was well structured, in depth, and challenging. I interviewed directly with the PM I would work for and the VP of Operations. They made me comfortable and at ease which was great because the interview took two hours.

Most of the questions were leadership and ownership based. Examples: how do you deal with conflict? How do you influence others to achieve goals? etc.
