it was great. it gave me the opportunity to ask all the questions i had. And the questions they asked me were relevant to the position and were interesting. it was actually one of the better interviews i have had.

Amazing! Tim was great and made the in person interview feel extremely personable and comfortable. he understood from our communication that I was a fast learner and a great people person as well. he also mentions that MCC was a company in which I would be able to grow if I desired.

Very easy and Virginia explained everything extremely well and answered all my questions perfectly. She took me on a tour around the warehouse explained how every machine works and explained the role of every position in the warehouse.

Interview
I was called in and asked about past work experience and what I expected to get from the job I was applying for. After a little bit I was informed what the job was and some of the benefits of working for the company. The interviewer kept the atmosphere serious yet relaxed.
