Interview
The application was smooth through LinkedIn received feedback very quickly, have been in touched with the managers and HR. After two video interviews, I received an assignment for which I had enough time to make. Last round was face to face interview which went great. Also included a tour of the office.

Interview
Was contacted for an interview and ended up "completing" it at work. In that they asked me to test my systems. I informed them that I was at work at the time and would not be able to test my systems. The recruiter instructed me that I need to do 2 more assessments, after I had already completed assessment when I applied. I stated I would do it same day when I get home and emailed upon my completion of both the assessments and Speed test. Then I wait a few days with no contact. I attempt to call the number I was given and had no clue what department I needed to go to because none of the departments said HR or recruitment. I picked a couple departments and left a voicemail that was never returned. I gave up for the first time. Then I get contacted again about setting up an interview and asking for my availability. I responded with that and then received no response for a couple days. Today I get a call and then an email The recruiter wants me to complete more assessments I have already done and a speed test for the third time. This would basically have added up to 8 assessments completed for MCI and about 5 or so times I had sent my speed testing information. I declined to interview and asked to be withdrawn from consideration after that. I also stated I would be leaving this exact review on MULTIPLE review sites so everyone else could know its best to just not waste your time.
