I recently went through the interview process for a Patient Care Technician position, and it was such a positive experience! The team made me feel comfortable and valued from the start. We talked about my experience in patient care and my passion for helping others. I’m so grateful to say I received the offer!

How do you handle difficult or uncooperative patients?
The remote interview process was smooth and all interviewers involved were friendly and professional. The video quality was good and I could appreciate the timely scheduling. The questions asked were relevant and thoughtful and it was an overall positive experience.

Interview
I applied april 18 and got a job offer may 15. Overall the process is slow and leaves you guessing but it’s worth it in the end. I had 1 zoom interview with the floor director and 1 phone interview with an assistant recruiter. my application took about 2 weeks to just get acknowledged though so after that i think the process was quite normal.
