Interview
Took some time with multiple time changes for appointment. First thing from the recruiter was that they needed all 6 of my FTE NP slots. They really didn't need a physician. They also wanted 10% chart review. Right now, in SC, NP/PA slots are going for about $600 to $750 a month. Didn't matter if it was part time or full time. The chart review and supervision was "just part of the job" and there was no further renumeration from my understanding. This was the first things out of the mouth of the recruiter. Felt significantly devalued as a physician, and with no renumeration for the slots, I ended the interview right there. Honestly, the recruiter didn't care if they could not get my NP slots.
