MERJE interview questions

4 stages of interview - interviewed by 3 Directors and one of the MD's of the business. The process took around 8 weeks to complete the interviews. Each interview consisted of discussing experience, knowledge and where I can add value to the business. They provided no feedback on any of the interviews and I was informed after the 4th & final interview that they were now interviewing someone from their Manchester office, a complete waste of time and lack of respect shown for the hours given to the process.
