The process included a phone interview with a recruiter. Then, a group interview with round robin questions and answers session and an assignment to submit for final review by the interviewers.

Interview
After sending in a job application, they quickly got back with a list of screening questions. Once I answered those they emailed me to set up a phone call for a week later. The phone call was a short interview and an invitation to a group interview the next week. The interview was several hours long with 3-4 other candidates where we answered questions and completed relevant timed tasks.

Interview
The interviewer bad-mouthed another PM at the company during the interview. It was a group interview, which can be stressful and biased against introverted people. Got a tour, which was weird, since it was just the interview part.
