I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at METRO Charity (Woolwich, England) in Apr 2025

Interview

Went through the Person Spec and asked me to give examples from work or outside work that showed how I met it. Three people did the interview with one person leading. They each asked 1/3 of the q's. Overall they were really lovely, just salty I didn't get the job
