The preliminary questions regarding shifts, hours, and wage are to determine if we can match what our candidates are seeking and to ensure that nothing changed since the initial screening questions upon receiving your application through Indeed.com. The remainder of the questions focus on the candidate's past work experience, scenarios, likes, dislikes, and situational questions. We apologize if the information regarding our interview location for this geographic region wasn't relayed. Depending on the availability of rooms and/or the security measures at the work facilities , we select a location that's public and that's acceptable for an interview with our local candidates. Our Corporate office is generally hours away from some of our locations and we wouldn't want to have our candidates drive that far for an interview. We've tried other locations in the past and the local restaurant of choice allows us the ability to meet our candidates and be flexible with the times in which we meet with them.
