First round was 30 min calls with 6 different people on the team - all behavioral interview questions to deem cultural fit. They are looking for candidates that have solid understanding of financial analysis and curiosity to learn.

Very relaxed easy going, met with two analysts who ran the program. Both interviews were remote. Recruiter initially reached out through campus recruiting. Good on communication and got back within a day
