One thing to note is that they do not pay for parking and that they are looking for individuals with a project management. From talking with HR and some of the individuals there, I wanted to say their culture was awesome and regret not doing better on my interview. However, there was a clear lack of communication between myself and HR, or really any of the individuals I spoke with. I heard from HR once after my last interview saying she was finalizing the process with certain individuals and that I had not slipped her mind but did not hear from her again. Three weeks later I sent a sincere email letting the individuals know I was very happy to have spoken to them and completely understood why I was not chosen (and I do - I did not do well on the case). However, I did not receive a single response among the three individuals to acknowledge the email. This was extremely disappointing considering the conversations I had. I understand people are busy, but if you are going to tout a culture of family and inclusiveness this should also include being gracious to individuals that were gracious to you.
