I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at MILSTE (Hong Kong) in May 2014
Interview
Basic questions about experience and education and knowledge of finance. They dressed business casual but knew their content and the market. They started off with easy questions about my schooling and experience, and got into deeper questions about what I know about marketing and sales, and my knowledge of the Hong Kong market. The interview wasn't hard, it was more like a meet and greet to get to know each other.

Interview
Very interesting and insightful questions. He clearly knows a lot about technology and banking for someone who has never worked in a bank. The office is small, but the team appears young and hard working, and eager to learn. I was surprised by his age. The company's website makes you think that the company is global and huge, but it is really ran by two young guys, Baron, who I believe is American, and Steve, and I think is from the U.K. The room had around 8 employees, mainly from Asia. Both of the bosses are clearly under 30 years old. They asked a lot of questions about my experience, and gave me an honest description of the job, the requirements, and the difficulty of the position. They said their isn't any formal training, but can learn fast on the job. After the interview, I looked up Baron's background, and and it appears that he has got most or all of his knowledge from a company called The Asian Banker, which I think is another small company in Asia that does similar things.
