was called for a phone screen 1 week later - prompt response
met with hiring manager - - day 1
met with associate managers - day 2
met with team members - day 3
whole process took 3 months from initial meeting to hire date - long

Question 1
was asked to interview with employees who would report to me. One asked what i had to offer given that she started working at the laboratory before i was born
