Very easy and laid back, excellent judge of characters. It went very fast. They were good about asking questions that are relatable and personable instead of the random Internet questions. Met with the manager and assistant manager, and was hired that day. After the interview there is a skills assessment, by a haircut trainer to see how comfortable you are. Then you get started right away.
