Phone screening followed by an in-person interview. I had a good impression of the agency at first, but then we discussed salary expectations. They are paying a little below industry standard, especially for what they are expecting of employees. The HR person advised me that "sometimes you have to take a pay cut to work for a good cause." But I am highly qualified, so I got the impression they are more interested in saving money than what is best for their consumers. After my second interview, I attempted to follow-up with the interviewer and was completely ghosted.
