I had a initial interview with the HR which was a very basic one. Then I had an interview with the technical person. I felt the technical interview went very well. The interviewer was very keen and at time I felt he was learning a lot of new things from me. After a day , I received a mail stating that I was not a good match. I am not sure why they shortlisted me for the interview if I was not a good match!
