I 'm impressed to see that the same thing that happened to me happened to someone else as well. We arranged a call and nobody called me. 4 days later they told me to rearrange. Tech recruiter sent me a technical exercise and told me to implement it in an hour, although the exercise guide was saying 4 hours.

Expectations for the technical exercise were:
-Implement 3 endpoints with relevant services and domain
-handling concurrency
-handling exceptions
-validate input
-apply TDD
-write cucumber tests
-write documentation
Standard structure: Recruiter screen, hiring manager interview, take-home tech test, technical interview with system design with two engineers, culture fit.
Positive company values and culture shone through with interactions with friendly and approachable colleagues.

What is one piece of feedback you've received from your manager?
This is a poor show. I found a vacancy on their website and applied, I got an email from HR the next morning. Great! We arranged a time for a call, then they just didn't call. Nothing. The next day I sent a follow up email and didn't get a reply either. Very poor, not professional, and gives a terrible impression.
