Hiring process was a bit longer then i expected it took me around 3-4 weeks from beginning to final step. After interview i was waiting 2 more weeks which is really long. But it's ok for the big companies like MPC. In general interview was not hard at all i would say it was a good interview, the questions was pretty standart like - " Tell me how you made lighting in this shot or where did you work before and what was your duties?" My advise: Be honest and you will be ok
