Once interested they will contact you for an onsite interview. Guided tour of area to work in and good set of pre-screened interview questions. Many questions related to personality as well as many were related to the specifics of the job.

Interview
They made it sound like a 7:00am-3:30pm schedule with occasional overtime. They did not tell me I would be working almost 90 hour weeks, and almost every holiday. It was kind of misleading.
