Before the interview they provide with files and video to get a brief description of the role. Then I had two online interview screening with them. The staff was really nice and welcoming, in the first interview they explained about the role, company and then asked me about myself and my experiences and told them how i was a great fit and they prefer having experience dealing with clients through phone.
