One screen phone interview with basic questions about my background. Second step was a in person interview with other Technical Analysts. They had some questions prepared on SQL. Final step was a phone interview with VP of Operations. Overall the process was easy and the recruiter guided me through the entire process in a professional manner. The questions asked in the entire process where basic behavioral and situation based questions.
