For a position for which I was highly qualified, and encouraged to apply for by a high-level director, I received a generic no-thank-you email almost immediately. Baffling and disappointing, certainly. But to continue seeing the same position advertised over for the next several months makes me doubt the vetting process.

Interview
It was easy and quick process. I applied for position against their advertisement. A recruiter called and I had brief interview with her. She setup a meeting with hiring manager and this video interview took about 30 mins. Finally, an on-site interview with team personnel that took about 2 hours. It took about 7 days to get their response through recruiter. She offered a salary followed by small negotiation.
