I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at MS Walker (Perth, Western Australia) in Jan 2023
Interview
It was a lengthy interview with plenty of questions. They kept asking questions related to my field of study, and I answered them. I liked the interviewer and the way he structured the interview process.
There was one zoom interview with HR, then one on-location interview that seemed to go well. I interviewed Monday and was told to give them until the end of the week. That timeframe came and went with no contact, so the following Monday I reached out. I heard nothing back. I then called Friday morning, nearly 2 weeks after my interview and a week after I was told I'd hear back, and they finally got back to me at the end of the day with a rejection email. Everyone seemed nice and the company seemed great, but the interview process was not the best. Would have much preferred to just hear it was a no within the given timeframe rather than have the process drawn out, or to at least have had someone touch base quickly in the interim. Definitely recommend continuing to keep your job search open the entire process.

Interview
I believe it was a 2wk process. A GREAT recruiter named Matt reached out to me. The only one in the whole scenario that didn't waste my time. They are not self aware about their real issues. If their focus is ERPs and not EVERYTHING else based on their own reviews and my experience. They give you a false sense of how the interview is going. I met with current CIO and CFO that proceeded to treat this like a Podcast Meet and Greet. I maintained my composure to not burst out laughing when they hit me with the "its me not you" speech because I really enjoyed my recruiter and if it were a competent place, I would've been hired. It was all moot. Recruiter quit anyway!
This place would drive me to drink and I wouldn't have to go far to do that!
