I applied online and got a call the following week from an actually quite pleasant person, but it was just to set up a time to take a godawful AI timed assessment WITH VIDEO (60 minutes, four sections, some with two videos plus written answers). The questions weren't really the kind you can answer properly without getting some sort of feedback from a person about the company, written like LinkedIn pap, and they're all timed. The video didn't even mirror like every other decent platform so you're talking to a bizarro version of yourself. I couldn't find the phone number to decline so I went through with it to be polite, but I knew I'd get rejected, which I did two days later.
I've been in this field a long time and this was by far the worst "interview" I've ever been asked to do.
The position has been up for MONTHS, btw.
