Interview
I went to verify if everything interviewees mentioned about the "CEO" is true and indeed it turned out to be a very unpleasant interview. I went during spring time but i feel the winter's chill (if you get the pun).
The interviewer came in with T-shirt /Jeans/Sneaker. He spread his leg wide open with right thigh resting on the sofa and right arm fully stretched on the sofa's back (just imagine how a mafia boss would sit).
He looked at you as if you've committed a heinous crime. And whatever that you mentioned in your CV will be either downplayed or deemed stupid by him.
The lady HR manager did not speak a single word during the session.
I only used him to practice my interview skills and I am quite glad that I've verified everything is true based on what others mentioned

Interview
Recruiter reached out, had an interview with the ceo a few weeks later. Interview process was quite straight forward, didn’t do any test, went straight through to 1 to 1 interviews, as I was using a recruiter who contacted me

Had a quick chat with the CEO Mr Winters and seemed like a pretty straight forward guy.
Transparent and was sincere about understanding the candidate.
Overall vibes were positive and decided to push me through towards their sales team and their trading team for another round.
