I interviewed with my department's Managing Director and it was smooth and manageable. The interview questions were typical and nothing too difficult. Heard back from HR with an offer within 2 weeks. Overall the process was good.
The total process had 2 rounds, both held via Zoom, with more behavioural and role-understanding. The first round was with 2 VPs from the team and next was with director of team.
The interview process was pretty typical. It began with a phone screening with HR, followed by a online meeting with one or two team members and finally a presentation with other candidates

Casual interview, Interviewer asked typical behaviour questions and gave more details about position. Only 1 round of Interview. HR is also very responsive and speedy, was offered position 2 weeks from applying.
