I was given a ring about a week after applying to say they'd love for me to come in for an interview at Kentish town.
The interview was split into two parts depending on how well I did in the first.
Initially I had to do a non-calculator maths test which was mainly percentages, fractions, and ratio calculations - 30mins long, takes about 10-15 in reality.
The first interview was with two managers in the marketing team and they were lovely, for the interview I was asked to prepare 3 questions in advance and was allowed notes in the interview. Mainly questions about me, my CV (experience, education), motivations, and PPC.
I was told after this that I was being passed onto the second stage, which was with the head of the Biddable team if I had time, if not could arrange for another date.
The second interview was difficult, asking a lot about how the company functioned, the various business models of MVF (1ToMany), and in-depth questions about lead generation which would probably be taught during training rather than knowing beforehand. Was asked a few competancy questions as well.
Overall lasted about 2.5 hours, was made comfortable throughout the process and the people were lovely.
Once issue was the job role itself, I applied for Digital Marketing Executive and in the interview I was told it was a PPC role.
