I was initially reached out too by Chris the COO and I had a great first call with him and then I moved on to an interview with Caro the CEO. This interview was a lot of behavioral type questions and I felt it went great as well so Chris reached back out to schedule another interview with him which I assumed would have been the final interview. Less than 5 minutes before the interview was supposed to start, Chris emailed me cancelling our meeting stating that he was traveling and said we should reschedule to the following week. I emailed him back right away and followed up again the following week and still have not received a response two weeks later. I was ghosted. I asked if they could even let me know if they went with someone else just so I could have some feedback but received no response.
