Interview
You get the opportunity to meet with a few different people in the company first. After this you will meet with the department you are applying with in the company. Last you get to meet with one of the executives.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at MX in May 2025
Interview
The interview process entails a recruiter screen, an interview with the hiring manager, two panel interviews, and one final interview with someone senior within the firm. The interview process was smooth until the final stage, where after the final interview, I had zero communications from MX for almost a month, despite them saying I was a finalist for the position. Multiple email nudges for an update were answered with silence. Finally, I called the firm, who then told me that they had decided to move forward with other candidates. I never received a formal notification from MX regarding my application, after five interviews and 4.5 hours of talking to a wide range of people around the firm. It's just bad form to not tell someone the result of their application, especially this deep into the process.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MX
Interview
It was a four stage interview process, my first three interviews were great had 10s across the board and my last interview was with a c-suite person, I should've known it was going to be bad when he was late and his attitude during the interview was rude and flippant and I knew at that point I wasn't going to get the job. I was surprised at the unprofessionalism from him and it totally turned me off from even wanting to work there or recommending anyone to work there.
