Telephone interview due to Covid they were not allowing people to come into the centre so I was interview by two managers on the phone which was a different experience

I applied from abroad, I had the first rounds of interviews online with recruitment agencies and then with the company. Online interview with an HR representative and Service Manager. General interview questions, supportive, kind environment, they were mainly interested in the applicant's personality.
