I have been contacted via phone by the HR and asked to attend an interview with the Project Director. It was a Face to Face interview with the Project Director.

"Tell us about the most complicated situation that you have faced in your professional experience"
Two stage interview. One was through teams with technical questions and behavioural assessment like any interview. 2nd stage was a 1:1 interview at the site. I really enjoyed the interview and i got along very well with the panel. I declined due to personal reasons.
