The interview process was great. It took about 2.5 weeks from the initial outreach to offer. It was split into three sections: Phone Interview, Panel Interview, and Dinner Interview. Phone Interview: 45-minute phone/Teams interview with the hiring manager who reached out. Went over my experience, knowledge about the company, and expectations on both sides. Panel Interview: 1-hour Teams interview with 4 members of the Life Science team. Went over more of the same as the phone interview, but asked more technical questions and how to handle different examples. Dinner Interview: 2.5 in-person dinner interview with the team lead of the project I would be working on. Questions ranged from very detailed technical questions to personality/emotional intelligence questions. Overall it was a rigorous and exciting interview process.
