Interview process was pretty easy going and straightforward. It was essentially just them getting to know you and you learning about the company and what they offer. No hard questions just a few questions about your background and what you currently do.

it was a brief conversation about where I wanted to take my real estate career. It was very clear that I was going to be offered a position, the only thing that was a hold up was how the commission splits would be handled.
