There were 3 interviews, the first 2 had some situational and competency based questions, the final 1 was more informal to establish the role and talk through any questions. Throughout, there were a max of 3 interviewees - all relevant to the day to day role. Friendly and professional.

Can you tell me a time you worked collaboratively that brought success?
Lengthy but straightforward interview process. First with recruiter, then hiring manager, then district. Went through 3 rounds of interviews, ended up with an offer letter. All in all the process took around a month and a half. Didn’t take the offer though.

Interview
Overall process is relatively efficient. From start of interview till offer took less than a month. The interview process consists of conversations with different team members. The interview process did not require any presentation meet up. Interviewers were generally pleasant.
