Magee-Womens Hospital interview questions

Director was disinterested, passed it off to regular workers. They were unprepared and only asked routine questions. Basically, just going through the motions. They needed the bodies. The one "gotcha" question was about service recovery. They offered no insight pertaining to day to day experience at the job. It was during the height of COVID, and left me with the impression that the department was low quality.
