Overall very professional, welcoming and kind interview panel. Questions were initially appropriate, but I currently work for a competitor and they quickly turned into more "information gathering" and seemed less about the role itself, or for me to provide examples of how I could execute something, and more about how my current employer "made things happen" they were struggling with. It was an odd tactic that made me disinterested in the offer.

Basic interview process, and questions. Very nice people. Workplace culture is very staff friendly and open door policy . The individual I interviewed with was direct and concise without much runaround
