It didn’t feel like they took my candidacy seriously. The interview was just 15-minute of questions over a phone call with a recruiter. The questions were very broad (e.g., “Give three good and three bad things about yourself”). They didn’t seem particularly engaged, nor did they ask any follow-up questions.
I wish the interview had been longer, conducted over video instead of a phone call, and included a senior engineer or engineering manager. That would have given me a fairer chance to demonstrate my qualifications.

Question 1
give 3 good things and 3 bad things about yourself
Hi,
We're so sorry you felt that way, but we can assure you that we take every candidacy seriously.
We ask a standard set of questions in order to mitigate bias, and due to capacity, our engineering team asks recruiters to first do a set of calls, where we take notes, and our engineers review the notes before determining if they'd like to move forward or not.
