They made it easy everyone was so helpful. There is a lot of paper work but it's not bad. They had plenty of helpers that knew what to do. I did my interview one day and walk through the next.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Magna International (Holland, MI) in May 2021
Interview
It went very quickly. Avoid being hired through a temp agency, insist on direct hire. They will ask what kind of production / manufacturing background you have. I was hired within just a couple of weeks
