Interview
On site interviews at the headquarters for a position in a nursing home facility located 20 miles away. Team of 3 individuals conducted the interview however two of the three were afraid to speak unless given permission. Very cold interview. The interview at the nursing home was unprofessional. Guided into an office setting without actually seeing anything else. The interview was reversed with the interviewee asking all the questions.

The second interview were no questions other than tell me about yourself. Person was not prepared nor was interested in interviewing.
