Interview
Position was advertised on Craigslist. Phone interview and follow up skype interview. The first interview was with the principal and a dean and the second interview was with the dean only. There was a discussion of teaching philosophy, what my passions in the classroom were and problem-solving how I would handle various classroom situations
They were friendly and asked a number of questions and told me info about the school, Took about 30 minutes total. They then responded to questions I had about the campus.
