I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at MaidPro (Annapolis, MD) in Mar 2014
Interview
Filled out an application and was interviewed on the spot. The manager asked about my old jobs and about when I could work and if I had a car. They described the job and the pay in detail and answered my questions. They offered me to start their training program the next Monday.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at MaidPro (Merrillville, IN) in May 2016
Interview
Promised me the world, and did not deliver, They said that they had paid training but instead they gave you videos to watch and home and didn't pay you for the training. Also, they train you on the job but because the maids are taught to "hurry through" a house and not thoroughly clean it, I feel that I was not trained well enough to perform the job in the way that they wanted. I feel that I was set up to fail and that they overhire people and weed out the ones that do not bring them profit ( as in.. speeding through houses to get to the next job site)
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at MaidPro (Westland, MI) in Jan 2016
Interview
They asked random questions that didn't pertain to the job. You could tell that during the interview that weren't as concerned with the actual job as they were with finding someone to hire as quickly as possible.
I applied online. I interviewed at MaidPro in Dec 2015
Interview
Applied online and was contacted on the same day for an interview scheduled for the following Monday (called on Friday of last month). Was informed the interview would take place in a residential neighborhood as the branch I applied to was run from their home. The interview took place in the garage and the officer manager who interviewed me was very nice and put me at ease (I'm often an anxious person).
First spent a few minutes filling out paperwork, then he asked me questions such as how would I go about cleaning a home. Where to start, where to end. Explained what I would be doing, where I would travel, what products I would use etc. if I were to be hired. Though I didn't get the job it was a casual, easy interview.
