Interview
I walked in and was surprised to get an interview right away and in person. We talked about my experience and our expectations. Then we scheduled an orientation briefly and then I returned the next day for orientation.
The Interview process was pretty easy. Had 2 interviews, one with the General Manager and the other one with the Games Manager. Both are great people. The interview was just about getting to know me and introducing the company to me.
2 interviews with nice managers who just needed to know my schedule and if I was a student. They also asked if I was into in getting certified for the ropes course. I said no but was still hired on the spot.
