I applied online. I interviewed at Main Line Health (Philadelphia, PA) in Feb 2017
Interview
You are called in for an orientation where they go in and schedule you for an interview that is supposed to be based off of your 3 top preference areas. You then learn about Main Line Health and hear from Nurse Educators and others about the different hospitals in their system. I was assigned an interview and not given what type of floor it was. Do not assume it will be something you list. Mine was not and I was not prepared for the floor I interviewed for. MAKE SURE TO ASK. They then make fill out paperwork with background checks and reference checks that all need to be in within 24 hours.
The interview process was very easy and efficient. I first did a series of video recordings and then shortly after made an appointment to speak with a recruiter who helped set up an online interview with the units I was interested in.

Panel interview; tour of unit then panel interview with nurse managers, staff nurses and clinical educators. Very pleasant process - nurses kind of just fired questions toward me about my experiences in school, clinical, and previous employment.
