I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Major League Baseball (MLB) (New York, NY) in Jan 2019
Interview
Phone screen and then in person interview. I was asked about why I was interested in the position and about my familiarity with baseball. Since the job is not full time I was asked about my flexibility with the schedule and if I was ok working long days and odd hours.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Major League Baseball (MLB) (Secaucus, NJ) in Feb 2023
Interview
Easy, straight-forward. If you know ball you’ll be fine in this. Great start to your career of diving into sports with not much experience. Not much else honestly, standard interview. Most are part-time positions so just be you.

Tell me about yourself and why you’re looking to be here
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Major League Baseball (MLB)
Interview
Process was unusually swift in anticipation of the season- received a call within 2 hours of posting application. Phone interview three days later, followed by an in-person interview. The interviewer talked a ton and asked very few questions. During the interview, he basically went top down on my resume and asked me to elaborate on some bits. In person, I received a tour of MLB above Chelsea Market. It was nice, but then he said he had a meeting and cut the interview short. Couldn't help but feel like the tour was a waste and unnecessary. We talked briefly then he walked me to the elevator saying he would call in 7-10 days. 15 days later I received an email saying they moved in a different direction.
