Seamless. Very responsive, and accommodating. The HR team was really thoughtful about the questions, and the way they asked the questions. The interview process was human centered. They focused on technical competencies, and asked behavioral based questions.

Entered the interviewing process through a referra. Started out with an initial one hour call with one of the founders. After that, was contacted by the hiring manager who did a great job of leading me through the process. Had a few more video interviews with potential teammates as well as employees that I was going to manage. After that, was invited for interviews on-site with the senior leadership team and other team members . Got an offer soon after. Hiring manager was very responsive.
