I was approached directly by a Makersite recruitment representative, and invited to interview. At the interview, I was told I would hear back by the end of the following day at the latest. It's been weeks and nothing - despite me following up. I read somewhere else that they have a reputation for ghosting people. I'm finding more and more reports of this being common recruiter practice. It's unprofessional, and frankly rude.
If I heard back now, I'd decline any invitation to progress. It's an indicator of company culture - one I don't wish top participate in.
