I called to HR department to set up appointment. The process of interview took very long. You will request to fill up the application form while waiting for the interview.
First, I was interviewed by the HR manager who is a Malay lady. The interview was more to conversation, she will ask you to introduce yourself and internship experience. She also requested me to further explain some of the details in the resume. It took very fast, less than 30 minutes.
After that, you need to wait for the person who is in-charges in the department. The interviewer was a Chinese lady. She will ask you everything related to the company, position, situation questions, and future planning. It took about 45 minutes. Be prepare those kind of popular interview questions.
Last, you will request to do the computer skills test. They will give you a set document with 4 pieces of paper. The thing you need to do is just typing exactly the same as the document within one and half hour. The first page was cover page, second will be a letter format, third was organisation chart, and the last will be a table and stacked graph. The last two sections will spend a lot of time. Especially the table and graph, the table contains a lot of information which sometime do not related to the graph, so read be careful the bar and data. The graph was not used by build in format, basically you need to very well know the function of Microsoft including you have to change the bar pattern by each items, and some of the chart element.
There will be a second interview if you are shortlisted.
