The interview started with a quick phone screen where I was asked the very basic questions. It was about two or three weeks until I received a call for an in person interview. At that time I met with the current HR Coordinator and then I moved on the the person that would be supervising that particular role. THe interview itself lasted approximately forty five minutes and it was fairly standard. There is a pretty in depth background check and drug screen.
