The process was kept very informal and causal but still provided a great opportunity to determine fit for both myself and the company. I was very impressed with the professionalism and experience of the employees that conducted the interview.

I did a phone call interview first with my direct manager, then an interview in person with my direct manager and department manager, then a third interview with more people on the department team.
